Appealing An Eviction

What information must The Court include in the Appeal Bond?

In addition to meeting all the other requirements of the Law, The Bond must include information about the surety including the surety’s contact information – An address, Phone Number, an Email Address – If any. The Surety must inform the court of any changes in the contact information (Section 24.00511[B]).
